Service overview
GrowthLeak provides website audits, revenue-leak estimates, recommendations, and related SaaS features for business users. You are responsible for how you use the information we provide.
No guaranteed results
Revenue estimates are approximations based on industry benchmarks. We do not guarantee any specific revenue increase or business outcome.
Acceptable use
- You may only submit URLs that you own or are authorized to audit.
- You may not use GrowthLeak to access, test, or analyze websites without permission.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the product.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing cycles.
Refunds
Your first payment is covered by a full 7-day refund window. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can still cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Limitation of liability
GrowthLeak is not liable for business decisions you make based on audit findings, recommendations, or estimated revenue impact. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid to GrowthLeak in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
